Legacy Ministries was founded by Elder Eddie Bailey-Holden to honor the legacy of her parents, Bishops Eddie Jr. and Geraldine Newton Bailey.
This ministry focuses on continuing the mission of spreading God’s love through community outreach, food drives, mentorship, and fellowship. It represents the heart of True Way Holiness Church — faith in action and love in service.
Family & Community Center Elder Eddie Bailey-Holden
The Family and Community Center exists to serve families in the local community by providing support, counseling, and spiritual development. It operates as a place of hope and healing — offering food distribution, family workshops, and educational resources that strengthen homes and relationships.

Outreach and Evangelism Ministry “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations...” — Matthew 28:19
The Outreach Ministry embodies the great commission — to go out and make disciples. We reach beyond the church walls to share the gospel, pray with those in need, and meet people where they are. Through street ministry, hospital visits, and community partnerships, we carry the message of salvation and hope in Jesus Christ.
Youth Empowerment Ministry
Our Youth Ministry is dedicated to developing young believers into strong leaders of faith. Through Bible study, mentorship, and community engagement, we teach our youth to walk boldly in their purpose and stand firm in Christ.

Senior and Compassion Care Ministry “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” — Galatians 6:9
True Way Holiness Church continues to care for the elders who have laid the foundation of our ministry. Our Compassion Care team visits the sick and shut-in, sends encouragement cards, and provides support to families during difficult times.
